The sleeping area comprises 2 separate bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second has a double bed. Each room is equipped with four pillows: two memory foam and two softer ones, ensuring maximum comfort and catering to the individual preferences of guests. A cot for children can be provided upon request. 

The living room is the heart of the apartment, exuding a warm and welcoming atmosphere enhanced by a large wall lamp. It includes a TV with Netflix, a sofa bed, and ultra-fast Wi-Fi. 

The kitchen follows the same relaxing and harmonious style found throughout the rest of the house. It is fully equipped with a microwave, an Italian coffee maker, a traditional oven, and a complete set of dishes and cutlery. 

The bathroom features a toilet, a bidet, and a shower cubicle. Guests will find a set of three towels each, a hairdryer, and a welcome kit with shampoo and body soap, providing everything needed for the stay. Additional amenities include a washing machine, an iron, and cleaning products.
